PinnacleCare provides Members with global access to their complete medical record, an essential foundation to receiving the best care. After we receive authorization from the Member, we gather and confidentially store a comprehensive medical record for each Member. Not only can this information be transmitted anywhere rapidly in the event of a medical emergency, it also provides each Member’s Advocate with the opportunity to perform a whole person health review, often spotting overlooked issues and helping the Member take steps to improve his or her health. The complete medical record is also stored on a proprietary password protected PinnacleCare Key™, a USB keychain that allows Members to have instant access to their records anywhere in the world.
